Booking a Satopia experience is easy. Join the Guestlist to book a group departure or schedule a discovery session to enquire about a private tailor-made experience.

BOOK A DISCOVERY SESSION

Book a short discovery session to talk to us about your next Satopia experience. Contact us directly via WhatsApp or email reservations@satopiatravel.com with your request.
1.
Choose Your Experience
Join a group experience or request a private, tailor-made itinerary.
2.
Pay Your Deposit
To secure your booking, a deposit of €/$/£/ 500 per person is required. Your deposit is contributed to your final balance. If you change your mind, your deposit is fully refundable for 10 days after your booking request.
3.
Booking Confirmation
Once your dates are confirmed and your guestlist is approved, we will issue an invoice for a 60% down payment to finalise your booking. We accept bank transfers and all major debit and credit cards. Your booking is officially confirmed once the balance is paid in full.
4.
Welcome Call
After confirmation, you’ll be invited to schedule a Welcome Call with our founders to welcome you to the Satopia community and answer any questions you may have about your upcoming experience.
5.
Pre-Departure
We will guide you through your pre-departure with your official check-in, recommended flight arrival and departure times, a helpful packing list and a group pre-departure call to meet those joining you on Hosted Experiences, and extensions if you want to extend your stay.
