Satopia Group owns and operates the Satopia Travel Internet site located at www.satopiatravel.com and other websites and mobile applications or platforms on which these Terms and Conditions of Use appear (collectively, including all content “Website”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Satopia Group. Satopia Group offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the customer, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By registering and booking a trip through Satopia Group, you, the customer, certifies that you do not have any mental, physical, or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for yourself or other people.

Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending on weather, road conditions, flight schedules and room availability. Therefore quoted rates might change accordingly.

GRANT AND RESTRICTIONS ON USE

All information, including, without limitation, all text, design, graphics, drawings, photographs, advertisements, video clips, music and sounds, and all trademarks, service marks and trade names and the selection and arrangements thereof (collectively the “Content”) comprised in the Website, unless otherwise noted, subject to intellectual property rights including copyrights and trademarks held by or licensed by Satopia Group. WAIVER
