You can never be overdressed on the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express!
For dinner, men should wear a suit and tie and women dress in smart attire, but many guests like to don black tie or evening dress for the occasion. During the day the dress code is smart-casual. At lunch, for example, a jacket and tie is suitable for men. Jeans are not acceptable at any time.

If you are travelling over night, for example on the London to Venice classic route, you will enjoy one of the best dinners you ever had. The sumptuous four course dinner includes a seasonal table d’hote menu, cheeseboard, biscuits and chutneys. You can of course choose from the a la carte menu as well.
