Dominique Crenn is the chef/owner of Atelier Crenn in San Francisco, where she focuses on cuisine as a craft and on community as an inspiration. In November 2018, Crenn became the first female chef in the US to receive three Michelin Stars. She also owns Petit Crenn, an ode to the home cooking of Brittany; and Bar Crenn, a wine bar that pays homage to the Parisian salons of the early twentieth century. In 2021, she was honoured with the World’s 50 Best Icon Award for her constant presence in the international culinary community, promoting innovation, sustainability, and equality through her restaurant ideals and participation with various panels and summits.

Conservationist Kristine Tompkins & her late husband Douglas Tompkins have achieved unprecedented success as philanthropists with more than 25 years dedicated to saving wildlife and natural habitats. As the current president and cofounder of Tompkins Conservation, Kristine has worked to protect wild beauty and biodiversity by creating national parks, inspiring activism & fostering economic vitality as a result of conservation. In 2018, she was named the United Nations‘ Global Patron for Protected Areas.

Jonathan is President of Natural State whose mission is large-scale natural restoration. Jonathan was formerly Chief Scientist and Executive Vice President, Science and Exploration at National Geographic Society, where he led grant making in areas of science and exploration and acted as Vice Chair of National Geographic Society’s Committee for Research and Exploration, based in Washington DC. Prior to this he was Conservation Programmes Director at The Zoological Society of London (ZSL), with responsibility for conservation projects focusing on threatened species and their habitats in more than 60 countries. Jonathan is currently a Visiting Professor of Zoology at the University of Oxford.

Paul Lister, a visionary conservationist who is on a personal mission to replant the indigenous Caledonian forest and reintroduce extinct species like the wolf to the Scottish Highlands. After 20 years in business, Paul decided to change direction into the world of conservation, wildlife management, filmmaking, and capacity building fundraising events. In 2001 Paul established The European Nature Trust, an environmental conservation and non-profit organisation dedicated to the protection of Europe’s remaining wild places, and restoring those already lost.
