We’re back with a vibrant burst of colour, fresh off an unforgettable adventure in Africa! Our journey began in Kenya, where we spent 10 exhilarating days exploring breathtaking landscapes and encountering incredible wildlife alongside the inspiring individuals who champion conservation efforts.

In South Africa, our adventure continued with a life-changing 7-day experience alongside Virgin Unite and Sir Richard Branson. This wasn’t just a safari, it was a deep immersion into the heart and soul of South Africa, immersing ourselves in diverse cultures, natural wonders, and impactful initiatives.

South Africa with Virgin Unite and Sir Richard Branson: Beyond the Bucket List

The Virgin Unite Experience with Sir Richard Branson and Satopia Travel in South Africa was nothing short of surreal.

Our journey began in Johannesburg, or “Jozi” as the locals call it. The City of Gold buzzed with a unique energy, a vibrant tapestry woven from South Africa’s rich history and culture. We weren’t just visitors here, we were active participants learning about a city that has a reputation for not being the safest or perhaps as captivating as Cape Town. We walked the very streets Nelson Mandela once trod, felt the pulse of the nation in Soweto, and listened to stories of resilience that resonated deeply. This was a powerful encounter with the indomitable spirit of South Africa, shared through the vulnerability of personal stories by the people we met.

Then came the true wilderness experience – Ulusaba, Sir Richard’s private game reserve. Imagine this: sunrise paints the African bush in breathtaking strokes, and the air vibrates with the symphony of nature.

Daily game drives were insightful expeditions led by expert rangers, guiding each encounter with lions, leopards, or perhaps even joining Richard on a wild dog chase, a stark reminder of the delicate balance between humanity and the natural world.

But the magic truly unfolded under the endless African sky. Evenings transformed into intimate gatherings around a crackling fire. Here, we connected with a remarkable group of like-minded individuals – entrepreneurs, and philanthropists, all united by a shared passion for exploration and purpose. This was a luxury adventure with a conscience, a commitment to making a positive impact.

From the Residence Boutique Hotel in Jozi to Ulusaba’s enchanting Safari Lodge, the meticulously curated six-night experience seamlessly blended comfort with contribution.
