HOSTED EXPERIENCE GROUP DEPARTURE
Hosted Experiences by Satopia Travel offer small-group travel led by world-class hosts. You’ll join a group of like-minded individuals on a pre-set departure date for enriching adventures and unforgettable experiences that foster human connection and personal transformation.
PRIVATE HOSTED EXPERIENCE
If you prefer a more personalised experience, you can book a Hosted Experience exclusively for your private group. Whether for friends, family, or a team event, this option allows you to enjoy all the benefits of our hosted experiences in a private setting, tailored to your group’s specific interests and needs.
TAILORMADE TRAVEL EXPERIENCES – THE PRIVATE COLLECTION
The Private Collection by Satopia Travel is a curated selection of over 100 of the most extraordinary properties worldwide, each located in a destination that will captivate both heart and mind. Ideal for private groups seeking seclusion, these unique properties offer an unparalleled sense of privacy and luxury. Perfect for those looking to create bespoke, tailor-made travel experiences in some of the world’s most breathtaking locations.

Pay Your Deposit
To secure your booking, a deposit of €500 (EUR) per person is required. This deposit sets the process in motion and reserves availability. You’ll receive a digital invoice, which can be paid online.

Booking Confirmation
Once your dates are confirmed and your guest list is approved, we will issue an invoice for a 60% down payment to finalise your booking. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal and ApplePay. Your booking is officially confirmed once the balance is paid in full.

Community Welcome Call
After confirmation, you’ll be invited to schedule a Community Welcome Call with our founders, Emma & Ahmed. During this 15-minute conversation, they will personally welcome you to the Satopia community and answer any questions you may have about your upcoming experience.

Prepare For Your Experience
Get ready for your Satopia experience with our easy pre-departure steps. From check-in to ongoing guest support, we’re here to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey.
GUEST CHECK-IN
To finalise your check-in, please provide your travel details and upload a copy of your passport within 10 days. This helps us deliver the exceptional service you deserve.
PRE-DEPARTURE INTRODUCTION CALL
Before your journey, we’ll schedule a call with all the guests. This is an opportunity to connect, review the experience details, and answer any questions you may have.
