Discover two exceptional archipelagos with pristine ecosystems and stunning scenery around the Atlantic Ocean. This is a brand-new 12-day adventure to explore the natural landscapes of the islands of São Nicolau, Fogo volcanic island around Cape Verde, and also the Bijagos Islands, located off the coast of Guinea-Bissau.

In Cape Verde, the first disembarking is at the island of São Nicolau, with its pristine mountain landscapes, picturesque capital Ribeira Brava, friendly locals and lively traditions. Further west, visit Mindelo, the cultural capital of Cape Verde, where the famous morna singer Cesaria Evora was born. Cruising along, emerges Fogo from the deep ocean, an unusual gigantic volcanic cone with extraordinary panoramas all around. The second part of the cruise takes you to the Bijagos Islands, located off the coast of Guinea-Bissau. This archipelago is one of the most preserved and protected on the planet, and is classified as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, made up of 88 islands, most of which are uninhabited and nestling in the heart of an environment that often remains untouched by humans. During your Zodiac excursions, you will get as close as possible to nature, between pale-sand beaches, mangrove stretching as far as the eye can see, savanna, palm trees and baobabs.
